Beginner Lessons

How many lessons will I need?

According to the DSA those who pass their driving test have on average have about 45 hours of professional tuition combined with 22 hours of private pratice, but by having a more qualified instructor and using the most up to date teaching methods I find that my pupils usually only require around 40 hours.

How to start?

- Before you start to drive you must hold a valid Provisional Driving Licence.
The forms for this can be obtained at most Post Offices.
- You must also be able to read a new style number plate from 20 metres
  (66ft.) away in good daylight.

Your Lessons

Although hourly lessons are available, it has been proven that two hour lessons produce better results and enable you to reach test standard in a much shorter period of time.
